Most in-stock furniture items are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks depending on your location and the size of the piece, as we use specialized white-glove carriers for larger items.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Recollection Project ships within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on smaller decor items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that large furniture pieces may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
How do I care for my handcrafted wood pieces?
To maintain the longevity of your furniture, we recommend dusting regularly with a soft, dry cloth and avoiding direct sunlight or proximity to heat sources which can cause warping or fading.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?
